American Museum of
Natural History Passes
The Midland Park Memorial
Library will lend American Museum of Natural History
membership passes purchased by the Friends of the Midland Park
Memorial Library to residents using the following guidelines:
•
Borrowers must be Midland Park residents
over 18 years of age presenting a valid library
card.
•
Borrowers must read, download and sign
the agreement
form.
•
Borrowers may reserve the pass up to one
month in advance.
•
Passes may be borrowed once in a 30-day
period.
•
The loan is for a period of two days.
•
A $65.00 cash deposit is required at the
time of the loan to be returned if the pass is
returned on time. If the pass is not returned on time the
deposit will not be refunded.
•
The $65.00 deposit will then be given to
the family who had the pass reserved to be used
to cover the cost of the museum visit.
•
If the pass is lost or stolen the patron
assumes the entire cost of the pass, which is
$115.00. Replacement cost does not include the deposit.
•
Library staff borrowing the museum pass
will be expected to follow the same rules as the
patrons.
